Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of mdohometeam.com, app.mdohometeam.com, our chat widget and forms, the 60-Second Demo, and related scheduling and call-request pages operated by MDO Home Team LLC ("MDO Home Team," "we," "us," or "our"). Please also read our Privacy Policy.

By using these services, you agree to these terms. Agreement to these terms does not, by itself, provide consent to marketing calls or texts. Those communications require the applicable separate consent. Any paid AI lead-response service or professional engagement is also subject to its own agreement; these terms do not replace it.

Our website provides general real estate information and home-service resources in Southwest Florida, helps coordinate requested introductions, and demonstrates AI lead-response services.

A chat, demo, calendar request, or introduction does not create a brokerage, agency, contractor, fiduciary, or other professional relationship. Specific representation, purchases, repairs, or other professional services require a separate agreement with the professional providing them.

Professionals introduced or referenced through our site may be independent of MDO Home Team. You are responsible for evaluating them, checking qualifications, licenses, and insurance where appropriate, and reviewing their estimates and agreements. An introduction is not a guarantee of availability, pricing, quality, licensing status, or results. Third-party services are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

The demo shows how an AI assistant can respond to a new lead. Depending on the option you select and consent you provide, the demonstration may include automated texts, an AI call, and sample scheduling interactions. It is a sample of a service we offer to home-service companies.

The demo is not an offer of roofing, repair, or other home-service work. Statements made in a demo are not contractor prices, quotes, estimates, or commitments. Company names and offers used in the demo are sample scenarios unless we tell you otherwise in writing.

The demo name describes the intended experience; it does not guarantee a response within exactly 60 seconds. Availability and delivery depend on technical systems, carriers, and other conditions.

Demo calls use an artificial, AI-generated voice rather than a live person and are recorded and transcribed. The assistant announces the AI and recording disclosures at the start of the demo call. Text messages may also be automated.

If you do not want to participate in a recorded demo call, end the call and contact us by email or text. Recording and communication disclosures must be considered together with the consent requested when you sign up or request a call. These terms do not replace any required consent process.

The AI assistant can mishear you, provide inaccurate information, or make mistakes. Confirm important information with us or the relevant professional before relying on it.

When you affirmatively opt in through a form, chat, or another supported process, the disclosure presented there identifies the communications you elect to receive. Depending on that disclosure, these may include responses to your inquiry, demo calls and texts, scheduling and status updates, and marketing about the demo and related services. Calls may use automated technology and artificial or prerecorded voices where authorized by your consent and applicable law.

• Optional marketing consent: Consent to receive marketing calls or texts is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services.
• Frequency and rates: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Stop texts: Reply STOP to an MDO Home Team text to unsubscribe. You may receive one final text confirming your request.
• Stop calls or withdraw broader consent: Email Abraham@mdohometeam.com with the phone number concerned and ask us to stop calls, texts, or both. You may also communicate your request during a call. We honor applicable consent-revocation requirements.

• Eligibility: You must be 18 or older to use the demo or enroll in the messaging program. Provide only a phone number you own or are authorized to use and consent for.
• Delivery: Calls and messages may be delayed or fail because of carrier, network, or technical conditions. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your messaging consent applies to MDO Home Team and the purposes disclosed when you opt in. It does not authorize independent professionals to market to you. Our Privacy Policy explains how we protect mobile information and consent records.

A day or time selected during a call or through a request page is a request, not a confirmed appointment, unless you receive an explicit confirmation. We may propose another time or ask you to confirm a proposed window. Availability is not guaranteed.

A simulated appointment in the demo does not obligate MDO Home Team or any other company to visit a property or perform work. Any actual professional engagement requires a separate agreement with the provider.

Do not use the site or demo to prank, harass, impersonate, or contact someone without authority. Do not submit misleading or unlawful information, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or violate another person's rights. We may restrict or end access that appears abusive or violates these terms.

Our name, website design, text, graphics, and original site content are owned by or licensed to MDO Home Team. You may view the website and participate in the demo for their intended purposes, including evaluating our service for your business. These terms do not grant permission to copy, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our content or software without authorization.

The website and demo are provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accurate AI responses, successful communications, or a particular business result.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MDO Home Team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data, arising from use of the website or demo. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These terms are governed by Florida law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

We may update these terms as our services change. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and provide any additional notice or obtain any additional agreement required by law. An update to these terms does not itself expand your consent to marketing calls or texts.
